    The service for the latest visit was excellent. I only have one concern. I had recently had an oil change done and afterwards realized that the fuel filter was at 4% and so I had to schedule this appointment to have it replaced. Shouldn't that have been part of the checklist during the oil change? Would have eliminated an inconvenience on my end, I could have had everything completed in one visit.

    Poor communication between service tech and supervisor. Supervisor told me rear brakes & rotors were good, but fronts were shot. Service tech report after I paid said rear brakes & rotors need to be replaced soon. So, which is it?

    The Service Team is great - specifically Miles & Tyler. They are attentive, and thorough in response. I continue to be impressed with them and their service. The Zeigler sales team is awful. During my last service, I had interest in replacing my car. I had multiple calls into their sales team, and had Tyler ask them to call me back. I never received a call back - and still waiting for a response. It floors me to think a dealer has a dedicated, interested customer looking for a new car, and I cannot get anyone's attention. So, I am taking my business elsewhere.
