Took time to recognize the problem

The customer service was incredible! Answered any questions that I had!

The service for the latest visit was excellent. I only have one concern. I had recently had an oil change done and afterwards realized that the fuel filter was at 4% and so I had to schedule this appointment to have it replaced. Shouldn't that have been part of the checklist during the oil change? Would have eliminated an inconvenience on my end, I could have had everything completed in one visit.

Service Team was great! Warranty work took less time than estimated and the service advisor made me feel like family!

Poor communication between service tech and supervisor. Supervisor told me rear brakes & rotors were good, but fronts were shot. Service tech report after I paid said rear brakes & rotors need to be replaced soon. So, which is it?

The Service Team is great - specifically Miles & Tyler. They are attentive, and thorough in response. I continue to be impressed with them and their service. The Zeigler sales team is awful. During my last service, I had interest in replacing my car. I had multiple calls into their sales team, and had Tyler ask them to call me back. I never received a call back - and still waiting for a response. It floors me to think a dealer has a dedicated, interested customer looking for a new car, and I cannot get anyone's attention. So, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Friendly, helpful, and finished early! Absolutely excellent -- best service I've received at any dealership.
