Excellent service

Salesperson Jacob Martin was excellent and deserves 5 stars plus. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. What started as a random information-seeking call resulted in a new truck sale a day later. Where your dealership really blew it is trying to jam a LOjack system down your customer's throat for a large amount of money and then have the sales manager imply it was a big effort to change. It left a trust deficit with me for the dealership. It should be a yes or no option. The other negative was the finance lady trying to sell an extended warranty implying negative consequences if I didn't purchase. When someone is spending a huge amount of money on a new vehicle, you should not make them walk away with negatives!
